  • What is protected with iPhone Insurance?
    The main part of your phone that is protected is the screen. By buying an insurance plan for your phone, you recieve 2 free screen replacements per year. Battery replacements are also offered at a discounted price.
  • How will I be charged?
    When you enroll in the program, you’ll be charged a prorated amount on your credit card based on the date of purchase to the end of the month. The monthly program Subscriber Fee will be charged by Wix's payment procceser on behalf of Telocare, to the same credit card each month.
  • How do I submit a service request?
    There are 3 different options to submit a service request: 1. Call 519-437-0503 and ask for the TeloCare Service Department 2. Text 519-437-0503 with your name, email, and iphone model. 3. Email info@telocare.ca with your name, email, and iphone model.
  • What happens if I have an issue with my device after the repair?
    All repair work is guaranteed for 12 months. Simply call Telocare at 519-437-0503 to submit a Warranty Service Request.
  • How soon will I recieve my replacement?
    At Telocare we strive to provide the best service in the fastest time possible. We guarantee your product will be avaliable in 1-3 business days.
  • Can I cancel my insurance plan?
    Yes, you can cancel your plan aty any time by going to the subscriptions page on our website or by callign us at 519-437-0503 during normal business hours.
