When you enroll in the program, you’ll be charged a prorated amount on your credit card based on the date of purchase to the end of the month. The monthly program Subscriber Fee will be charged by Wix's payment procceser on behalf of Telocare, to the same credit card each month.
There are 3 different options to submit a service request:

3. Email info@telocare.ca with your name, email, and iphone model.
All repair work is guaranteed for 12 months. Simply call Telocare at 519-437-0503 to submit a Warranty Service Request.
